Abstract

PROCESSO PARA COMUTAçãO DE UM CáMBIO AUTOMáTICO. A presente invenção refere-se a processo para o comando de um câmbio automático configurado como câmbio de grupo de área (1), com um câmbio principal (HG) de estágios múltiplos que no lado da entrada pode ser ligado com motor propulsor (M) através de uma embreagem de partida de comutação (K), e um freio de câmbio (B) está em comunicação com a sua árvore de entrada (WI), bem como um grupo de área (BNG) ao menos de dois estágios seqúencial ao câmbio principal (HG) e propulsionado, sendo que uma comutação de troca de área é realizada com uma troca de estágio de multiplicação tanto no câmbio principal (HG) como também no grupo de área (BNG) e no qual para acelerar a sequência da comutação, as etapas de comutação são realizadas na seqúência de -Redução do momento do motor e abertura da embreagem de partida e de comutação (K), -Desengate do estágio multiplicação até então prevalecente do grupo de área (BNG), -Sincronização do novo estágio de multiplicação do grupo de área (BNG), -Desengate do estágio de multiplicação até então prevalecente do câmbio principal (HG), -Engate do novo estágio de multiplicação do grupo de área (BNG), -Sincronização do novo estágio de multiplicação do câmbio principal (HG), -Engate do novo estágio de multiplicação do câmbio principal (HG)e -Fechamento da embreagem de partida e de comutação (K) bem como aumento do momento motor sendo que a sincronização dos novos estágios de multiplicação verifica-se por ação de força de comando externo sobre a árvore de entrada (WI) do câmbio principal (HG).
