Abstract

determinação de papametro de quantizador para controle de taxa em codificador de video. um aparelho e método correspondente são fornecidos para codificar dados de sinal de vídeo através de aplicar um parâmetro de quantizador adaptativo responsivo à taxa de bits; onde um codificador de vídeo (100) para codificar dados de sinal de vídeo para um bloco de imagem em relação a pelo menos uma imagem de referência inclui um quantizador adaptativo (130) para aplicar um parâmetro de quantizador adaptativo responsivo a uma taxa de bits atual; e onde um método correspondente (200) inclui inicializar (215) um quantizador adaptativo, calcular (225) os bits usados pelos dados de sinal de vídeo com o quantizador adaptativo, determinar (230) bits a cada um de uma pluralidade de tipos de imagem, calcular (235) uma diferença no quantizador adaptativo responsiva aos bits determinados a partir do número anterior de bits usados pelo grupo de imagens e obtendo um quantizador adaptativo atualizado para os dados de sinal de vídeo, calcular (240) um quantizador adaptativo para uma parte dos dados de sinal de vídeo, codificar (245) a parte dos dados de sinal de vídeo, e obter (250) o número real de bits usados para a parte codificada dos dados de sinal de vídeo.
