Abstract

SISTEMA DE ESPECTROSCOPIA DE TRANSMISSçO PARA USO NA DETERMINAÇAO DE ANALITOS EM FLUIDO CORPORAL. Trata-se de um sistema de espectroscopia de transmissão para uso na determinação da concentração de analitos em uma amostra de fluido, que compreende uma área de recepção de células de amostra, uma fonte de luz, uma lente de colimação, uma primeira lente, uma segunda lente e um detector. A área de recepção de células de amostra é adaptada para receber uma amostra a ser analisada. A área de recepção de células de amostra é construída a partir de um material substancialmente opticamente claro. A lente de colimação é adaptada para receber luz da fonte de luz e é adaptada para iluminar a área de recepção de células de amostra com um feixe de luz substancialmente colimado. A primeira lente é adaptada para receber luz dispersa e regular transmitida através da amostra em um primeiro ângulo de divergência. A primeira lente recebe luz com um primeiro ângulo de aceitação. A primeira lente emite luz com um segundo ângulo de divergência. O segundo ângulo de divergência é menor do que o primeiro ângulo de divergência. A segunda lente é adaptada para receber luz a partir da primeira lente e é adaptada para emitir um feixe de luz substancialmente colimado. O detector é adaptado para medir a emissão de luz da segunda lente.
