Abstract
MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA A CALIBRAçãO DE UM SISTEMA DE PESAGEM DE UMA TREMONHA. A presente invenção se refere a um método para a calibração de um sistema de pesagem de uma tremonha do topo do alto-forno e um sistema de pesagem correspondente. O método compreende a etapa de uso de ao menos um atuador para exercer uma força liquida vertical com uma determinada magnitude sobre a tremonha, de modo a simular um determinado peso de material de carga na tremonha, e a etapa de determinação da magnitude da força líquida vertical. De acordo com a invenção, o método compreende ainda a etapa de determinação da magnitude de uma pressão que exerce uma força de levantamento sobre a dita tremonha e a etapa de uso da magnitude determinada da força líquida vertical e a magnitude determinada da pressão para estabelecer o dado de calibração para o sistema de pesagem.
