Abstract

POLINUCLEOTìDEO ISOLADO, PROMOTOR, VETOR DE EXPRESSãO, CéLULA HOSPEDEIRA E USO DE UM POLINUCLEOTìDEO. A presente invenção refere-se a um polinucleotídeo isolado capaz de prover a uma planta tolerância à seca e/ou ao estresse salino, que compreende uma sequência de polinucleotídeo, conforme mostrado na SEQ ID NO:1 e a um promotor capaz de prover a uma planta tolerância à seca e/ou ao estresse salino. A presente invenção também refere-se a um vetor de expressão compreendendo dito polinucleotídeo e/ou dito promotor, e a um célula hospedeira transformada ou transfectada por dito vetor de expressao. A presente invenção refere-se ainda a um uso de dita seqúência de polinucleotídeo ou de promotor na melhoria da tolerância à seca e/ou ao estresse salino de uma planta.
