Abstract

OBTENçãO DE DADOS PARA A CLASSIFICAçãO DOS CORPOS DE ANIMAIS CARNEADOS ASSIM COMO PARA A DETERMINAçãO DAS SUAS QUALIDADES E QUANTIDADES. Em procedimento não-invasivo de reconhecimento de contornos complexamente estruturados com taxa de erro de quase zero, diferenciando e identificando características do corpo de um animal carneado. Através do rocessamento de imagens de um pedaço parcial característico, determinam-se dados para calcular porcentagem de carne muscular, classes comerciais e valor de mercado, assim como para determinar a qualidade do corpo de um animal carneado em cumprimento das disposições legais ou de regulamentos específicos. Se há captação errada dos contornos complexamente estruturados de corpos de animais carneados, é identificada a causa de contaminação no âmbito da tomada de imagem ou por particularidades fisiológicas como fáscia nos músculos, aderências, etc. Mediante procedimento automático de processamento de imagens, em matadouros e plantas de processamento de carne, através de operador na estação de trabalho correspondente, em forma de um computador inter-atuando com um calculador, são proporcionadas suficientes indicações sobre o contorno não identificado ou mal identificado que se tem que buscar, permitindo chegar-se ao algoritmo de identificação de contornos, captação do contorno e busca de maneira segura.
