Abstract

PROCESSO DE FABRICAçãO DE MEMBRANAS CAPILARES ASSIMéTRICAS DE ULTRAFILTRAçãO OU MICROFILTRAçãO REFORçADAS COM ENTRANçADO E MEMBRANA CAPILAR. Processo de fabricação de membranas capilares assimétricas (1) de ultrafiltração ou microfiltração reforçadas com entrançado, compreendendo as etapas sucessivas de puxar um entrançado tubular (5) através de uma fieira (7) e de revestir o entrançado com um dopante, caracterizado por antes de tal etapa de revestimento, o entrançado ser impregnado com um líquido não coagulante, sendo um líquido que não provoca a coagulação do dito dopante, quando em contato com tal dopante. O resultado é uma membrana com uma pele exterior, ou seja, poros menores próximo do diâmetro exterior do que próximo do diâmetro interior, e um revestimento que fica colocado em contato estreito à volta do diâmetro exterior do entrançado, sem qualquer penetração substancial do revestimento no entrançado.
