Abstract

"TUBULAçãO COMPOSTA TENDO PELO MENOS UMA PEçA TERMINAL METáLICA E MéTODO DE MANUFATURAMENTO DE TAL TUBULAçãO". Uma tubulação composta tendo pelo menos uma peça terminal metálica (2, 3) com uma extremidade livre e um componente tubular não-metálico (10). O componente tubular (10) é acoplado a pelo menos uma peça terminal (2, 3) oposta da extremidade livre da peça terminal (2, 3) por meio de pelo menos uma ranhura (6, 7) que age axialmente estendendo-se perifericamente que o componente tubular não metálico (10) engata. O componente tubular não-metálico (10) compreende geralmente fibras axiais (11) que se estendem para baixo na pelo menos uma ranhura (6, 7). A ranhura (6, 7) tem um fundo (13) e um flanco (14), cujo flanco está localizado mais afastado a partir da extremidade livre da peça terminal (2, 3). Entre o flanco (14) e as fibras axiais (11) é provida uma camada intermediária (15). Também é descrito um método de manufaturamento de tal tubulação composta.
