Abstract

REVESTIMENTO ANTINÉVOA OU ANTICONGELANTE; MÉTODO PARA FORMAR O MESMO; PORTA DE REFRIGERAÇÃO E MÉTODO PARA MANUFATURAR A MESMA. A porta de refrigeração isenta de energia da presente invenção proporciona uma maneira de controlar condensação quando a porta de uma unidade de refrigeração é aberta pela provisão de isolamento térmico para a porta com painéis de vidro que têm revestimento de baixa emissividade. A porta inclui um alojamento de moldura de porta e uma unidade de vidro de isolamento que compreende folhas de vidro interna, intermediária e externa. Um primeiro conjunto de vedação disposto em torno de periferia das folhas de vidro interna e intermediária forma uma primeira câmara entre as folhas de vidro interna e intermediária. Um segundo conjunto de vedação disposto em torno da periferia das folhas intermediária e externa forma uma segunda câmara entre as folhas de vidro intermediária e externa. Um gás, tal como criptônio, ar ou argônio, é mantido na primeira e segunda câmaras. A folha de vidro externa e a folha de vidro interna têm, cada uma delas, uma superfície não exposta que fica voltada para a folha de vidro intermediária. Um revestimento de baixa emissividade fica disposto nas superfícies nã-expostas das folhas de vidro interna e externa de forma que a porta de vidro, como um todo, te um valor 'U' que impede a formação de condensação na superfície externa da folha externa da porta de vidro, sem a aplicação de eletricidade para aquecer a porta, ao mesmo tempo em que proporciona a velocidade de evaporação de condensação desejada a partir do lado interna da folha interna da porta de vidro. Um revestimento antinévoa ou anticongelante pode ser incluído em uma superfície de uma das folhas de vidro.
