Abstract
BROCA TIPO CANHãO, CABEçA DE CORTE SUBSTITUìVEL PARA MONTAR EM UMA HASTE DE UMA BROCA TIPO CANHãO, E, MéTODO DE MONTAR UMA BROCA TIPO CANHãO Uma broca tipo canhão (20) compreende uma cabeça de corte (22) presa de maneira destacável a uma haste (24) que tem um eixo geométrico longitudinal comum (A) e que compreende superfícies periféricas correspondentes. Uma porção de acoplamento de haste (78) que compreende uma superfície de fixação de haste que afila para a frente (86) é formada em uma extremidade frontal da haste, e uma porção de acoplamento de cabeça de corte (58) que compreende uma superfície de fixação de cabeça de corte que afila para a frente (68) é formada em uma extremidade traseira da cabeça de corte. Ambas, a haste e a porção de acoplamento de cabeça de corte se estendem sobre um ângulo de acoplamento periférico Ï de mais do que 180 . A haste e a cabeça de corte são montadas posicionando a face dianteira da cabeça de corte na frente da face traseira da haste, inserindo de maneira deslizante a porção de acoplamento de cabeça de corte na porção de acoplamento de haste lateralmente ao eixo geométrico de rotação A e girando a cabeça de corte em relação à haste em uma direção oposta à direção de rotação e de modo que a porção de acoplamento da cabeça de corte e a porção de acoplamento da haste intertravam de maneira coaxial.
