Abstract

FIBRA TERMOPLáSTICA DE POLIOLEFINA TERMICAMENTE COLáVEL PARA A PRODUçãO DE FALSOS TECIDOS, ASSIM COMO UM FALSO TECIDO OBTIDO POR COLAGEM TéRMICA. A presente invenção refere-se a uma fibra termoplástica de poliolefina termicamente colável para a produção de falsos tecidos, assim como a falsos tecidos obtidos por colagem térmica de tais fibras de poliolefina. A produção de falsos tecidos para aplicações em usos finais higiênicos tem características de colagem térmica e de maciez dependentes das fibras. Para melhoria, a fibra da invenção apresenta um uma deformabilidade plástica total sob o processo de calandragem no local de termocolagem e uma baixa degradação da superfície durante o processo de rotação. Portanto, os locais de termocolagem de um falso tecido são caracterizados pelo forte compactação global das fibras O comportamento de colagem térmica da fibra será conseguido com um processo de rotação com a temperatura da câmara de rotação ajustada adequada para se obter a degradação térmica especificada.
