Abstract
A mattress of double-sided softness in which a nonwoven thermo-fixed material is used as rigid and soft resilient bunches, it comprises in total amount connecting bicomponent polyester fibers capable of thermal bonding with a melting temperature of the components, which have linear density from 1.0 to 6.0 dtex within the ranges from 15 to 30 wt. % from 105 °С to 135 °С, also it comprises homogenous polymer fibers with polyester fibers or polypropylene fibers, or polyolefin fibers, or polycarbonate fibers, or polyamide fibers that are selected of a linear density interval from 5 to 45 dtex within the ranges from 25 to 65 wt. %, and fibers of natural origin such as sea-grass or wool, or cotton, or coconut coir fibers, or bast fibers, or hemp fibers, or horsehair within the ranges from 20 to 50 wt. %, the fibrous web of which, laid by folds, is formed up to a density from 0.15 kg/mto 2.0 kg/m, thermally bonded in the pressed state and calibrated by calender rolls to the given thickness. The thickness of bunches of soft resilient nonwoven material is from 10 to 60 mm, and thickness of bunches of rigid nonwoven material is from 6 to 12 mm.
