Abstract

COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA COMPREENDENDO DE IBUPROFENO, PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DOS GRáNULOS ENRIQUECIDOS EM IBUPROFENO E OS GRáNULOS SECOS FEITOS POR ESTE PROCESSO. A presente invenção descreve grânulos composto de pelo menos uma quantidade substancial de ibuprofeno, pelo menos um super desintegrante aceitável farmaceuticamente e pelo menos um aglutinante aceitável farmaceuticamente, no qual o aglutinante e diferente do super desintegrante (s), onde o super desintegrante está substancialmente uniformemente dispersado por toda a parte dos grânulos. Os grânulos podem ser preparados pela (a) obtenção de uma mistura de ibuprofeno dividido finamente e pelo menos um super desintegrante farmaceuticamente aceitável dividido finamente; (b) fluidizando a mistura de a) com o agente fluidificante gasoso tal para desse modo, formar uma mistura seca substancialmente homogênea; (c) enquanto fluidiza-se a mistura seca homogênea formada em b) com o agente fluidificante gasoso aquecido, pulveriza-se sobre a mistura fluidizada uma solução aquosa, uma dispersão ou uma suspensão de pela menos um aglutinante para formar grânulos úmidos e (d) fluidizando-se os grânulos umidificados de o) com o agente fluidificante gasoso aquecido, para produzir as granules que têm um índice de umidade menor do que de 5 % p baseado no peso dos grânulos.
