Abstract
PROGRAMADOR DE REUSO RESTRITO DINáMICO São descritos sistemas e metodologias que facilitam programar dinamicamente os conjuntos de freqüência para reuso pelos dispositivos de usuário para reduzir interferência entre células mediante avaliação de uma métrica de programação global para cada dispositivo de usuário em uma região de comunicação sem fio. A métrica de programação global pode ser avaliada mediante determinação de uma métrica de equidade para cada dispositivo de usuário em uma região de comunicação sem fio, uma métrica de conveniência de pico de canal global para cada dispositivo de usuário, e uma métrica de conveniência de retardo de canal para cada dispositivo de usuário. A métrica de programação global pode ser a função da métrica de eqüidade e uma ou mais de métrica de conveniência de pico de canal global e métrica de conveniência de retardo de canal.
