Abstract

MáQUINA LIMPADORA DE TUBOS SOLDADOS. A presente invenção se refere a uma máquina limpadora de tubos soldados. Em uma junção de tubos entre as extremidades de seções metálicas soldadas expostas de tubulação revestida sendo formada em uma encanação, é feita uma limpeza antes que um filme resistente à corrosão seja aplicado. Um cabeçote de limpeza de um mecanismo de limpeza é posto com uma armação de fixação na tubulação, na região das extremidades dos tubos a serem limpos. O cabeçote de limpeza se movimenta em uma sucessão de movimentos de limpeza longitudinais na direção do eixo longitudinal da área de tubulação que está sendo limpa. A armação também move o cabeçote de limpeza de forma giratória com relação á junção de tubos para posições adequadas aos movimentos de limpeza longitudinais. Um mecanismo de controle define a extensão dos movimentos de limpeza longitudinais, e também controla o movimento do cabeçote de limpeza para movimentos de limpeza sucessivos até que a junção de tubos esteja limpa. O controle é programado e automático, e não há a necessidade de contato com o mecanismo durante sua operação. O número de cabeçotes de limpeza e de fontes de materiais de limpeza e mangueiras ou tubos de descarga, assim como o número de funcionários necessários, é reduzido.
