Abstract
BARRA ALIMENTAR COM DUREZA REDUZIDA. A presente invenção proporciona métodos para a produção de uma barra alimentar com maior vida de armazenamento, ao se adicionar amaciantes, tais como uma fibra solúvel, carboidrato altamente ramificado e/ou carboidrato indigerível ou pobremente digerível.
