Abstract

"MéTODO DE ENSAIO IMUNOSSORVENTE LIGADO POR ENZIMAS, ANTICORPOS, HIBRIDOMA E KIT DE IMUNOENSAIO". A presença e a quantidade de anticorpo de interesse no fluxo Sangüíneo de paciente ou outra amostra biológica podem servir de ferramenta clínica ou outra analítica ou de diagnóstico importante. Métodos ELISA e kits para esses testes, bem como anticorpos antiidiotípicos e hibridomas que os produzem, são desenvolvidos para detectar níveis do anticorpo em amostras biológicas, que são, por exemplo, de modelos animais e pacientes humanos.
