Abstract

MéTODO PARA PRODUçãO DE UM DISPOSITIVO PROTéTICO BIOLOGICAMENTE ATIVO PARA A RECONSTRUçãO DE TECIDO DE OSSO E O PRóPRIO DISPOSITIVO PROTéTICO. A invenção se relaciona a um método para a produção de um dispositivo protético biologicamente ativo para a reconstrução de tecido de osso compreendendo as etapas de: escaneamento CAT (Tomografia Axial Computadorizada) do paciente e obtenção de um modelo eletrónico tridimensional (1) de parte do osso e de um osso com defeito (2) a ser reconstruído; produção por prototipação de um protótipo de modelo de resina (3) da área do osso do paciente envolvida, formando um modelo (4) do osso com defeito do paciente a ser reconstruído; construção de um molde negativo (5), produção de um produto semi-acabado de cerâmica sinterizada com porosidade interconectada e controlada, referido produto semi-acabado sendo feito com dimensões e forma ligeiramente maior do que o osso com defeito; processamento mecânico e acabamento manual do produto semi-acabado sinterizado, para obter a forma e dimensões precisas do osso com defeito, a invenção também se relaciona ao dispositivo protético obtido utilizando o método descrito acima.
