Abstract

PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR ESPUMAS POLMéRICAS E ESPUMA POLIMéRICA Divulgado é um metodo para produzir espumas poliméricas apartir de resinas reativas de policondensação com um diâmetro de poro máximo de 1 um. O dito método compreende as etapas de: 1) produzir uma mistrura gelificável da resina reativa de policondensação em um solvente ou agente de dispersão; 2) produzir uma dispersão aquosa contendo partículas poliméricas; 3) misturar a mistrua obtida na etapa 1) com a dispersão obtida na etapa 2) por meio da qual um gel hidratado é obtido; e 4) secar o gel hidratado de modo a obter a espuma polimérica. O processo de secagem na etapa 4) ocorre em uma pressão e uma temperatura que encontra-se abaixo da pressão crítica e abaixo da temperatura crítica da fase líquida do gel enquanto o gel não é levado em contato com um líquido orgânico de modo a substituir a água contida no gel pelo dito líquido seguindo a etapa 3) e antes da etapa 4)
