Abstract

ARRANJO DE MONTAGEM DE VáLVULA PARA COMPRESSOR DE REFRIGERAçãO do tipo que apresenta um cilindro (1) definindo em seu interior uma câmara de compressão (3) tendo um extremo fechado por uma placa de válvulas (4, 20) provida de um orifício de sucção (5, 21) fechado por um elemento de válvula (10) tendo uma porção extrema de engaste (11) fixada a uma adjacente face da placa de válvulas (4, 20), a qual é provida de um rebaixo receptor (23) para alojar dita porção extrema de engaste (11), dito arranjo de montagem compreendendo um primeiro meio de retenção (8, 9) provido de modo a ser assentado e fixado contra a placa de válvulas (20), de modo a reter a porção extrema de engaste (11) do elemento de válvulas (10) no interior do rebaixo receptor (23) e o encaixe de um ressalto de orientação (30) no respectivo rebaixo de orientação (40), e pelo menos uma das partes de: um rebaixo de orientação (30) provido em uma das partes de rebaixo receptor (23) e de porção extrema de engaste (11); um ressalto de orientação (40) carregado pela outra parte e a ser encaixado no rebaixo de orientação (30) provido nesta; e um segundo meio de retenção (50) provido entre o rebaixo receptor (23) e a porção extrema de engaste (11), de modo a evitar deslocamento deste para fora do rebaixo receptor (23) da placa de válvulas (20), anteriormente à montagem do primeiro meio de retenção (8,9).REFRIGERATING COMPRESSOR VALVE ASSEMBLY OF A Cylinder type (1) defining within it a compression chamber (3) having an end closed by a valve plate (4, 20) provided with a suction port ( 5, 21) closed by a valve member (10) having an extreme crimping portion (11) attached to an adjacent face of the valve plate (4, 20) which is provided with a receiving recess (23) for housing said end crimping portion (11), said mounting arrangement comprising a first retaining means (8, 9) provided to be seated and secured against the valve plate (20) so as to retain the end crimping portion (11) of the valve member (10) within the receiving recess (23) and the engagement of an orientation shoulder (30) in the respective orientation recess (40), and at least one of the parts of: an orientation recess (30) provided on one of the receiving undercut portions (23) and the extra portion crimping rhea (11); an orientation shoulder (40) carried by the other part and to be fitted to the orientation recess (30) provided therein; and a second retaining means (50) provided between the receiving recess (23) and the extreme crimping portion (11) so as to prevent displacement thereof from the receiving recess (23) of the valve plate (20), previously mounting the first retaining means (8,9).
