Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA APLICAçãO DE UM ACABAMENTO FUNDIDO A UM SUBSTRATO ESTAMPADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para aplicar um acabamento fundido a um substrato estampado em que revestimentos e acabamentos esteticamente agradáveis, incluindo acabamentos e imagens em relevo, com brilho e holográficos, são aplicados a substratos estampados flexíveis, tal como embalagens, pósters, etc. O método envolve selagem da tinta em uma superfície estampada do substrato estampado com um revestimento, aplicar um filme sobre a superfície estampada do substrato estampado, curar a superfície estampada do substrato estampado com iluminação ultravioleta ou uma unidade de feixe de elétron, remover o filme transparente da superfície estampada do substrato estampado, e mover o substrato estampado para uma unidade de armazenagem. Uma máquina para realizar o processo inclui uma unidade de revestimento, uma unidade de laminação, uma unidade de manuseio de filme, uma série de luzes ultravioletas ou uma unidade de feixe de elétron para curar o revestimento, uma unidade de armazenagem para reter os substratos revestidos, e uma série de correias e rolos para mover os substratos através da máquina.
