Abstract

"REVESTIMENTOS DE RECIPIENTE COMPOSTO COM TELA VEDANTE AUTO-SUSTENTADO". A presente invenção refere-se a um revestimento para o recipiente que fornece barreira de gás e umidade. O revestimento inclui uma primeira tela vedante de polietileno que define uma camada auto-suportada do revestimento. Uma camada adesiva é aplicada a uma superfície externa da primeira tela vedante, e uma camada de lâmina de metal é aderida na camada adesiva. Uma segunda camada vedante é fixada na camada de lâmina de metal. A segunda camada vedante pode ser vedada por calor na primeira tela vedante de modo que, quando o revestimento é aderido na superfície interna de um recipiente, o revestimento pode ser vedado em si mesmo com uma vedação de sobreposição. A primeira tela vedante define uma cama auto-suportada porque fornece suporte estrutural ao revestimento. Conseq³entemente, a primeira tela vedante serve vantajosamente como uma tela de suporte para o revestimento enquanto o revestimento está sendo fabricado.
