Abstract

"FORNO PARA ASSAR MASSAS ALIMENTìCIAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um forno para assar massas alimentícias, especialmente um forno para assar wafers (1), com várias chapas de assar (7, 9) conjugadas uma à outra aos pares, e pelo menos uma fonte de calor (22) para temperar as chapas de assar (7, 9). Uma produção especialmente económica de wafers ou semelhantes pode ser alcançada pelo fato de que as chapas para assar (7, 9) são de tal modo apoiadas em um suporte (6) em forma de roda que gira em torno de um eixo (4), que se estendem a uma distância entre si, afastando-se radialmente do eixo (4). Além disso, pelo menos um trocador de calor (14, 15) é conjugado às chapas para assar (7, 9) através do qual circula um meio para temperar que é aquecido através da fonte de calor (22) e trazido através de uma linha circular (21).
