Abstract

"PNEUMáTICO E UTILIZAçãO DE UM PNEUMáTICO". A invenção se refere a um pneumático para veículo motorizado de duas rodas e mais especialmente uma motocicleta. Um tal pneumático compreende uma estrutura de reforço de tipo carcaça (2), formada por elementos de reforço, ancorada de cada lado do pneumático a um friso (3) do qual a base é destinada a ser montada em um assento de aro, cada friso sendo prolongado radialmente para o exterior por um flanco (4), os flancos se unindo radialmente para o exterior com uma banda de rodagem (5), e que compreende sob a banda de rodagem uma estrutura de reforço de topo constituída por pelo menos uma camada de elementos de reforço dita camada de trabalho. De acordo com a invenção, a dita estrutura de reforço de topo compreende por outro lado menos uma camada de elementos de reforço circunferenciais (8) radialmente exterior à estrutura de reforço de tipo carcaça (2) e de acordo com o perfil do pneumático em um plano radial, em sua parte radialmente exterior aos dois pontos de tangência da abscissa curvilínea da estrutura de reforço de tipo carcaça com perpendiculares (100, 101) ao eixo de rotação pelo menos uma camada (6, 7) de elementos de reforço de trabalho é pelo menos parcialmente radialmente interior à parte da estrutura de reforço de tipo carcaça (2) radialmente exterior aos dois pontos de tangência da abscissa curvilínea da estrutura de reforço de tipo carcaça com perpendiculares ao eixo de rotação.
