Abstract

"MéTODO DE FABRICAçãO DE ELEMENTO DE FREAGEM, COMO UM DISCO OU TAMBOR DE FREIO, E MODELO, NúCLEO E MOLDE DE ELEMENTO DE FREAGEM PARA VEìCULOS CORRESPONDENTES". A invenção tem notadamente por objeto um método de fabricação de um elemento de freagem (1) destinado a ser fixado sobre o cubo (3) e a receber uma roda (2), o elemento de freagem (1) apresentando pelo menos um orifício (16) para a passagem de dispositivos de fixação (20) destinados a apertar o elemento de freagem (1) entre a roda (2) e o cubo (3), caracterizado pelo fato de que compreende uma etapa de moldagem do elemento de freagem (1) que inclui a formação do orifício ou orifícios (16), assegurando-se que as eventuais rebarbas ocorram em zonas do elemento distintas do orifício ou orifícios (16).
