Abstract

"FILTRO DE MASSA FUNDIDA PARA A PURIFICAçãO DE MASSAS FUNDIDAS DE PLáSTICO". Um filtro de massa fundida (1) para a purificação de massas fundidas de plástico emitidas especialmente por dispositivos de extrusão, com um disco de peneira (3) acionável em rotação por meio de um acionamento de trinquetes (4) operado a força, previsto entre duas placas (5, 5<39>) formando uma caixa equipada com uma estação de troca de elemento de filtro (7), que apresenta ao longo de uma órbita circular recessos separados por filetes (11) para alojamento de elementos de filtro (8) permutáveis, que por meio de discos perfurados são sustentados contra as forças incidentes devido à queda de pressão que neles ocorre na direção de fluxo da massa fundida de plástico, e com um canal de massa fundida (9) atravessando as placas (5, 5<39>) na região da órbita circular, ativando os elementos de filtro (8) com massa fundida, se alargando no sentido dos elementos de filtro (8)deve ser constituído de maneira tal que seja obtido um filtro de massa fundida tão pequeno quanto possível, em que em operação mal resultem indesejadas alterações no plástico, que garanta uma troca de elementos de filtro com pressão aproximadamente constante mesmo a altas pressões e que, não obstante, possa ser obtido a preço conveniente. Para tanto se propõe que as placas recubram completamente o disco de peneira, que ao menos uma das placas seja interrompida pela estação de troca de elemento de filtro, e que a estação de troca de elemento de filtro seja configurada maior do um elemento de filtro e menor ou igual ao tamanho de dois elementos de filtro (8, 8<39>).
