Abstract
"PRODUTO DE AMIDO LENTAMENTE DIGERìVEL". A invenção se refere a um produto de amido na forma de um ingrediente de gênero alimentício e gênero alimentício por si, cuja velocidade de hidrólise durante a digestão pode ser ajustada para valores baixos e valores especialmente quase constantes, em que o amido é obtido como uma rede parcialmente cristalina com um grau baixo de intumescimento por meio de condicionamento alvo partindo de um estado pelo menos parcialmente amorfo.
