Abstract

"PROCESSO DE GERAçãO DE VAPOR". Método baseado em evaporação para geração de vapor de alta pressão a partir da água produzida na indústria da produção de óleo pesado. A água produzida desoleificada é processada através de um evaporador de alta pressão/elevado pH (84) acionado por uma caldeira tubular comercial (110). O vapor produzido pelo evaporador é apropriado para o método de drenagem de vapor assistido por gravidade (SAGD), que é utilizado pelas instalações de recuperação de óleo pesado, sem o uso de geradores de vapor de uma passagem, que exigem tratamento químico extensivo e sem exigir destilação atmosférica, que exige compressores de elevado consumo de energia. O evaporador de sopro pode ainda ser tratado em evaporador de cristalização, para proporcionar um sistema de descarga zero de líquido (ZLD) e, com a maioria das águas produzidas, pelo menos 98% do fluxo da água produzida entrante podem ser recuperados na forma de vapor de alta pressão.
