Abstract

"PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO DE EMULSãO DE áGUA EM óLEO E SEU PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO". A presente invenção refere-se a um produto alimentício de emulsão água em óleo com comportamento de espirros aprimorado que compreende de 0,1 a 5% em peso de material vegetal em pó poroso fabricado com nozes, sementes, caroços e celulose que possui diâmetro de partícula médio ponderado em volume (d~ 4,3~) que não excede 0,5 mm.
