Abstract
"SISTEMA E MéTODO DE PULVERIZAçãO E EXTRAçãO DE UMIDADE". Um venturi (18) recebe material de entrada através de um tubo de entrada (12) e submete o material a pulverização. O material, à medida que sofre pulverização, é adicionalmente submetido à extração de umidade e secagem. Um gerador de fluxo de ar (32), acoplado ao venturi (18), gera um fluxo de ar de alta velocidade para puxar o material através do venturi e para dentro de uma abertura de entrada no gerador de fluxo de ar. O gerador de fluxo de ar direciona o material pulverizado recebido para uma saída onde o material pode ser subseqüentemente separado do ar."MOISTURE SPRAYING AND EXTRACTION SYSTEM AND METHOD". A venturi (18) receives inlet material through an inlet tube (12) and sprays the material. As the material is sprayed, it is additionally subjected to moisture extraction and drying. An air flow generator (32) coupled to the venturi (18) generates a high velocity air flow to pull material through the venturi and into an inlet opening in the air flow generator. The air flow generator directs the incoming spray material to an outlet where the material may subsequently be separated from the air.
