Abstract

"INTERRUPTOR A VáCUO ENCAPSULADO PROTEGIDO". A presente invenção refere-se a um interruptor a vácuo encapsulado protegido com uma câmara de vácuo de cerâmica e com tampas de extremidade condutivas opostas. Uma tampa de extremidade está eletricamente conectada com um contato fixo, enquanto uma tampa de extremidade opostas está conectada com um contato móvel. O contato móvel pode ser atuado com o contato fixo para abertura ou fechamento de um circuito elétrico. Uma proteção flutuante dentro da câmara de vácuo conectado a parede de cerâmica da câmara de vácuo e espaçada dos contatos fixo e móvel está isolada e possui um potencial de voltagem flutuante. Uma parte da parede exterior de cerâmica da câmara de vácuo é revestida com um material semicondutivo e telas de voltagem condutivas incluem uma parte do exterior da câmara de vácuo e estão eletricamente conectadas com cada tampa de extremidade condutiva da câmara de vácuo. A câmara e as telas conectadas são encapsuladas em uma caixa dielétrica moldada.
