Abstract

"COBERTURA DE CANAL DE RESFRIAMENTO PARA UM PISTãO DE UMA PEçA DE UM MOTOR DE COMBUSTãO INTERNA". A invenção refere-se a uma cobertura de canal de resfriamento para um pistão de uma peça de um motor de combustão interna, o pistão tendo um canal de resfriamento fechado que corre ao redor do interior da coroa de pistão, no nível da faixa de anéis de pistão, e um rebaixo em forma de anel provido entre a faixa de anéis de pistão e o eixo de pistão, em que o eixo de pistão está conectado com os cubos de pistão suspensos na coroa de pistão. Em um tal pistão, uma facilidade de montagem da cobertura de canal de resfriamento é conseguida pelo fato de que um anel plástico, de uma peça, em forma de U em seção transversal, que tem encaixes radialmente externos e internos inclinados ao redor da circunferência, tem pelo menos uma articulação de filme que corre ao redor da circunferência do anel. A articulação de filme permite pelo menos uma deflexão radial de pelo menos um dos encaixes, de tal modo que para poder fechar o canal de resfriamento, os encaixes acoplam em um rebaixo cónico escalonado sobre a borda interna do canal de resfriamento.
