Abstract
"RECEPTOR SEM FIO COM ARQUITETURA EMPILHADA DE CHIP úNICO". Um receptor sem fio monolítico (100) adequado para utilização em um sistema de posicionamento global (GPS) ou outra aplicação de freqüência de rádio (RF) adequadamente inclui um circuito integrado de modo misto e um dispositivo de memória empilhada. O circuito integrado no modo misto inclui apropriadamente uma parte digital (104) e uma parte analógica (106) em um molde comum. A parte analógica implementa um circuito receptor RF, e a parte digital inclui um processador de sinal que se comunica com o receptor RF. O dispositivo de memória comunica-se apropriadamente com o circuito integrado para armazenar instruções eletrónicas e dados para o processador de sinal. O receptor monolítico poderá ser convenientemente integrado dentro de um dispositivo eletrónico portátil como uma câmera, assistente digital pessoal (PDA), telefone portátil ou assemelhado para fornecer sensibilidade de localização ou outra funcionalidade RF.
