Abstract
"método de fabricação de ferro fundido, método integrado de fabricação de aço, equipamento de fabricação de ferro fundido e fábrica integrada de aço". é proporcionado um equipamento de fabricação de ferro fundido usando diretamente finos ou compactados de carvões e minérios contendo finos de ferro, um método do mesmo, uma fábrica de aço usando o mesmo, e um método da mesma. o método de fabricação de ferro fundido compreende as etapas de: fabricar uma mistura contendo ferro pela mistura de minérios contendo finos de ferro e matérias-primas suplementares e secar a mistura resultante, converter a mistura contendo ferro a um material reduzido pela redução e sinterização, enquanto a mistura contendo ferro passa através de uma unidade de reação de leito fluidizado multi-estágio, os quais estão sequencialmente conectados uns aos outros, fabricar pelotas pelo empelotamento do material reduzido a alta temperatura, formar um leito empacotado de carvão pela carga de carvões compactados e pelotas que são feitas pelo empelotamento de finos de carvões para dentro de um fusor-gasificador como fontes de calor para fundir as pelotas, fabricar ferro fundido pela carga de pelotas para dentro do fusor-gaseificador conectado a uma unidade de reação de leito fluidizado multi-estágio e suprir oxigênio para dentro do fusor-gasificador e suprir gás de carvão de redução exaurido do fusor-gasificador para dentro da unidade de reação de leito fluidizado multi-estágio.
