Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO E MéTODO DE REVESTIMENTO DE SUBSTRATO GRAVáVEL POR JATO DE TINTA; SUBSTRATOS REVESTIDOS; MéTODO PARA A PRODUçãO DE UM ARTIGO DOTADO DE MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS; ARTIGO COM MúLTIPLAS CAMADAS; COMPOSIçãO DE REVESTIMENTO E MéTODO PARA PREPARAR A MESMA". Trata-se de uma composição de revestimento resistente à água para substratos graváveis por jato de tinta tendo um pH menor do que 7, que inclui: (a) uma dispersão aquosa de poliuretana; e (b) uma solução aquosa de um composto de fixação de corante polimérico contendo nitrogênio. Quando aplicada a um substrato adequado, a composição de revestimento permite o registro de imagens nítidas, resistentes à água. Um substrato gravável por jato de tinta revestido também é descrito e inclui um substrato que tem pelo menos um lado e pelo menos um lado do substrato tem uma camada de revestimento derivada da composição de revestimento descrita acima.
