Abstract

"PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO DE Pó CONTENDO áCIDO SILìCICO E SISTEMA DE PRODUçãO DE Pó CONTENDO áCIDO SiLìCICO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo de produção de pó contendo ácido silícico e um sistema de produção de pó contendo ácido silícico que pode pulverizar cascas e palhas de arroz sem requerer remoção de ácido silícico das mesmas e reduzir o tempo de processamento e custos para obter pó contendo ácido silícico natural para uso como fertilizante direto. O processo de produção de pó contendo ácido silícico, caracterizado por fazer uso de ácido silícico contido em cascas ou palhas de arroz, injeta vapor a alta pressão sobre cascas ou palhas de arroz alimentadas a um container (2) de tratamento para pulverizar as cascas ou palhas de arroz mantendo a pressão de vapor no interior do dito container (2) de tratamento na faixa desde 1,45 até 1,96 MPa.
