Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA A MANUFATURA DE UMA MISTURA DE AGREGADO DE BETUME ADEQUADA PARA PAVIMENTAçãO DE ESTRADA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma mistura aquosa de agregado de betume de assentamento rápido adequada para pavimentação a frio de estradas, estacionamentos, calçadas e outros. A mistura de agregado de betume é fabricada misturando um agregado mineral, água, um desemulsificante, contendo cimento hidráulico, e uma emulsão de betume de óleo-em-água catiónica, contendo, como um emulsificante, um sal de uma diamina terciária e um ácido fosfórico. A diamina tem a fórmula (1), onde um ou dois dos grupos R~ 1~, R~ 2~, R~ 4~ e R~ 5~ designam um grupo hidrocarboneto de 6-22, preferivelmente 8-20 átomos de carbono, e os grupos restantes R~ 1~, R~ 2~, R~ 4~ e R~ 5~ são um grupo alquila com 1-4 átomos de carbono, e/ou um grupo -(A)~ 2~H onde A é um grupo alquilenoóxi com 2-3 átomos de carbono e s é um número de 1-4, R~ 3~ é um grupo de alquileno com 2-4 átomos de carbono e n é um número de 0-2.
