Abstract

"CATALISADORES SUPORTADOS DOTADOS DE ESTRUTURA DE COORDENAçãO CONTROLADA E MéTODOS PARA A PREPARAçãO DOS REFERIDOS CATALISADORES". Catalisadores reativos suportados dotados de uma estrutura de coordenação controlada e métodos para a produção dos mesmos são descritos. O catalisador suportado compreende partículas catalisadoras dotadas de uma camada de topo ou externa de átomos, na qual pelo menos uma parte dos átomos exibe um número de coordenação controlada de 2. Os referidos catalisadores podem ser fabricados a partir de composições precursoras intermediárias que incluem um agente de controle no qual a preponderância das moléculas é de cadeia retilínea em vez de ramificada. Os catalisadores suportados (10) incluem um suporte (12), que inicialmente inclui grupos hidroxila em uma superfície dos mesmos, um agente de ancoragem (14) quimicamente ligado aos grupos hidroxila do suporte (12) por uma reação de coordenação, e uma partícula catalisadora (6) ligada ou fixada de alguma maneira (não mostrada) ao agente de ancoragem. os catalisadores suportados da presente invenção são úteis para a preparação do peróxido de hidrogênio com alta seletividade além de outras reações de conversão química.
