Abstract

"APARELHO DE FILTRAçãO DE SUSPENSãO, E, MéTODO PARA OPERAçãO DE UM APARELHO DE FILTRO SOB PRESSãO PARA SEPARAR LìQUIDOS A PARTIR SóLIDOS EM UMA CORRENTE DE SUSPENSãO". Um sistema e aparelho de filtração de suspensão com elementos periféricos para condicionamento de uma suspensão antes da entrada em um filtro de pressão (32) e controle de introduções de fluido e líquido no filtro (32) para produzir uma torta de filtro ou filtrado desejado. O sistema inclui um controlador (16) para controlar a operação do tratamento periférico para a introdução de coagulantes, floculantes e polímeros para tratar ou condicionar uma suspensão introduzida no filtro (32) e o controle de adicional equipamento periférico para tratamento da suspensão com gás de clareamento de líquido ou de formação de torta, vapor, ou gás de secagem ou de condicionamento, no interior da câmara de filtro (40) para a produção tanto de filtrado quanto de torta de filtro a partir do filtro (32) para uma forma desejada.
