Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA INSPEçãO DE COMPONENTES DE CABEçOTE DE REATOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um sistema de inspeção de cabeçote de reator para utilização na execução de uma inspeção não-destrutiva de componentes tubulares montados em uma superfície interna de um cabeçote de reator. O sistema de inspeção inclui um conjunto de carro móvel que inclui um braço de elevação e um dispositivo de inspeção montado em uma extremidade distal do braço de elevação. O dispositivo de inspeção inclui um colar em forma de C ou de U que tem uma superfície interna de dimensão interna suficiente para permitir o posicionamento da superfície interna do colar na proximidade de uma superfície externa de um componente tubular e também inclui um sensor magnético e/ou de corrente parasita. Uma pluralidade de câmeras de vídeo e fontes de luz são também providas em uma superfície distal do colar de modo que, quando montado no braço de elevação, o colar pode ser controlavelmente posicionado na proximidade adjacente a um componente tubular do cabeçote de reator para conseguir uma vista de 360<198> e a inspeção de uma superfície do componente tubular.
