Abstract

"PROCESSO DE REVESTIMENTO DE UM OBJETO E DISPOSITIVO DE REVESTIMENTO". Este processo de revestimento de um objeto que se deseja revestir (40) com um material de revestimento fundível compreende as seguintes etapas criação de uma chama (44) com um sentido de chama (F) dirigido para o objeto a ser revestido e introdução de uma quantidade de material de revestimento fundível na chama. A chama possui uma temperatura suficientemente elevada para que o material de revestimento fundível esteja pelo menos parcialmente fundido. A velocidade de chama é escolhida de modo tal que o material de revestimento fundível fundido seja projetado no objeto a ser revestido. Pelo menos uma parte da quantidade do material de revestimento fundível está no estado fundido no momento do impacto sobre o objeto a ser revestido. A quantidade de material de revestimento fundível compreende um pó. Aplicação aos revestimentos de canos de ferro fundido.
