Abstract

"PROMOTORES TECIDO-ESPECìFICOS". São descritos promotores tecido-específicos (SEQ ID Nos.: 1 - 5), os quais são preferencialmente expressos no tecido de xilema de plantas lenhosas. Estes promotores são utilizados, por exemplo, para regular especificamente a expressão genética em tecido de xilema e alterar as propriedades do xilema em plantas. Plantas transgênicas exibindo propriedades do xilema modificadas, podem ser produzidas pela utilização destes promotores.
