Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA EVITAçãO DE APNéIA DO SONO". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para evitação de apnéia do sono que inclui a seleção de um travesseiro (10) que tem um par de lados (11, 12) inclinados em um ângulo predeterminado e conformados para se manter a cabeça de uma pessoa com a face para baixo em um dos lados do mesmo. O travesseiro selecionado (10) tem um par de aberturas de braço (15, 16) abaixo dele para posicionamento do braço de uma pessoa para ajudar a manter a cabeça de uma pessoa com a face para baixo no lado inclinado (11 ou 12) de travesseiro (10), de modo que o usuário possa usar um ou o outro dos braços quando do posicionamento da cabeça em um ou no outro lado inclinado (11 ou 12) do travesseiro (10).
