Abstract

"MONTAGEM DE DISCO DE RUPTURA SANITáRIO DE ENCURVAMENTO INVERSO". A presente invenção refere-se a um disco de ruptura sanitário de encurvamento inverso metálico que é provido tendo uma seção abaulada central na qual a superfície convexa da seção abaulada é relativamente lisa e de uma configuração substancialmente ininterrupta. Uma região de segmento pequena da seção abaulada central é endurecida à tensão por meio de deformação plástica, que faz com que a região de segmento passe a apresentar uma tensão residual maior do que o restante da seção abaulada central. Quando o disco se submete a uma condição de sobrepressão contra a superfície convexa da seção abaulada suficiente para realizar a inversão da seção abaulada, tal inversão se inicia na região de segmento de tensão residual maior da seção abaulada.
