Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA CONVERTER UMA CARGA DE ALIMENTAçãO EM PELO MENOS UM MATERIAL úTIL, óLEO COMBUSTìVEL, APARELHO PARA CONVERTER UMA CARGA DE ALIMENTAçãO EM PELO MENOS UM MATERIAL úTIL, APARELHO E PROCESSO PARA CONVERTER UM LICOR ORGáNICO EM UMA MISTURA DE HIDROCARBONETOS, E SóLIDOS DE CARBONO, E, APARELHO PARA SEPARAR PARTICULADOS DE UM FLUIDO EM UMA SUSPENSãO". A invenção compreende um processo de múltiplos estágios e aparelho que converte vários rejeitos e carga de alimentação de baixo valor, como sobras de animais, estrume de animais, lama de esgoto municipal, pneus, e plásticos, para produzir materiais úteis, incluindo gás, óleo, especialidades químicas,e sólidos de carbono, em purezas e composições confiáveis, a um custo aceitável com grande eficiência energética, sem produzir emissões com mau cheiro. A invenção provê adicionalmente um aparelho para converter um licor orgânico em uma mistura de hidrocarbonetos e sólidos de carbono, compreendendo: um aquecedor para produzir uma mistura de óleo líquido e vaporizado do licor orgânico; um reator para converter a mistura em sólidos de carbono e uma mistura de hidrocarbonetos; um primeiro resfriador para aceitar os sólidos de carbono; e um segundo resfriador para aceitar a mistura de hidrocarboneto/gás. The invention comprises a multistage process and apparatus that converts various tailings and low value feed load such as animal waste, animal manure, municipal sewage sludge, tires, and plastics to produce useful materials including gas, oil , specialty chemicals, and carbon solids, in reliable purity and composition, at an acceptable cost with great energy efficiency, without producing smelly emissions. The invention further provides an apparatus for converting an organic liquor into a mixture of hydrocarbons and carbon solids, comprising: a heater for producing a mixture of liquid and vaporized organic liquor oil; a reactor for converting the mixture to carbon solids and a hydrocarbon mixture; a first chiller to accept carbon solids; and a second chiller to accept the hydrocarbon / gas mixture. The invention further relates to a separator separating particulates of a size of about 1 micron, such as a cellular debris from bacteria, from a surrounding fluid.
