WHERE, THE USEFUL MATERIAL MAY BE A CARBON SOLID, A MIXTURE OF HYDROCARBONS SUCH AS COMBUSTIBLE GAS AND AN OIL, WHICH IS FREE OF PATHOGENS. IT ALSO REFERS TO AN APPARATUS TO CONVERT A RAW MATERIAL INTO A USEFUL MATERIAL, WHICH INCLUDES: A) A PRE-TREATMENT UNIT; B) A FIRST STAGE REACTOR COMMUNICATING WITH THE VESSEL TO RECEIVE THE AQUEOUS SUSPENSION; C) A SECOND STAGE SEPARATION UNIT COMMUNICATING WITH THE FIRST STAGE REACTOR; AND, D) A THIRD STAGE REACTOR THAT COMMUNICATES WITH (C), TO RECEIVE (ii) AND SUBMIT IT TO A SECOND PRESSURE AND INCREASED TEMPERATURE
