Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA A MONITORAçãO DA PRODUçãO DE VIDRO DE SEGURANçA OU CONTROLE DE UM PROCESSO DE TRATAMENTO". A invenção se refere a um método para monitoração da produção de vidro de segurança ou controle de um processo de tratamento, tal como um processo de recozimento. Uma informação representando uma carga de painéis de vidro é usada no controle de um processo de tratamento, tal como um aquecimento de painéis de vidro, ou na monitoração da produção. A informação, a qual inclui pelo menos um dos seguintes, formato, tamanho e posição, é lida com uma ou mais câmeras (6). Isso é possível já que o vidro é tornado visível por meio de luz refletida, conforme uma luz de alta intensidade é aplicada à superfície de vidro. A câmera em linha (6) é usada para o recebimento de uma radiação de luz de fundo de baixa intensidade incidente através do plano de transporte de vidro, um aumento substancial na sua intensidade, conforme a luz é refletida pelo vidro, sendo decifrado como vidro.
