Abstract

"CONDIMENTO DE QUEIJO, PRODUTO ALIMENTìCIO E MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM CONDIMENTO DE QUEIJO". A presente invenção refere-se a de um condimento de queijo espremível. O condimento de queijo é estável à temperatura ambiente, e não azeda a um pH abaixo de 3,75. O condimento de queijo contém uma emulsão do tipo óleo em água, um acidulante e um componente de queijo que foi adicionado antes da formação da emulsão.
