Abstract
"MéTODO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FORMAR UMA ESTEIRA DE MATERIAL CONTENDO LIGNOCELULOSE, E, MéTODO E INSTALAçãO PARA PRODUZIR PRANCHAS DE MATERIAL CONTENDO LIGNOCELULOSE". A presente invenção refere-se a um método e dispositivo para formar uma esteira de material contendo lignocelulose, esteira esta que é destinada a formar pelo menos uma prancha, material desintegrado contendo lignocelulose sendo alimentado a uma unidade de alimentação e, a partir desta, sendo alimentado na forma de um fluxo de material a uma unidade de formação (200) compreendendo menos uma cinta de formação (207), a unidade de alimentação sendo posicionada em um nível mais elevado do que a unidade de formação (200). Pelo menos uma superfície descendente de alimentação (14) é disposta, que se estende da unidade de alimentação para a unidade de formação (200), e o transporte de material entre a unidade de alimentação e a unidade de formação (200) é efetuado por meio da alimentação do material de maneira descendente ao longo desta superfície descendente de alimentação, por meio do que um fluxo de material controlado é provido entre estas unidades.
