Abstract

"PROCESSO PARA O PREPARO DE INIBIDORES DE FOSFORILASES DE NUCLEOSìDEO E NUCLEOSIDASES". A presente invenção se refere a um novo processo para o preparo de compostos da fórmula geral (I) os quais são inibidores de fosforilases de nucleosídeo de purina (PNP), fosforibosiltransferases de purina (PPRT), fosforilases de 5<39>-metiltioadenosina (MTAP), nucleosidases de 5<39>metiltioadenosina (MTAN) e/ou hidrolases de nucleosídeo (NH). A presente invenção se refere a um novo processo para o preparo de compostos da fórmula geral (I) os quais são inibidores de fosforilases de nucleosídeo (PNP), fosforibosiltransferases de purina (PPRT), fosforilases de 5<39>-metiltioadenosina (MTAP), nucleosidases de 5<39>metiltioadenosina (MTAN) e/ou hidrolases de nucleosídeo (NH).
